GETTING STARTED
A complimentary discussion to understand the requirements of your custom piece, talking through your ideas, inspiration and elements you want to include in the design to make sure we create something truly personal, keeping your budget in mind.
WORKING WITH AN INDIAN JEWELLERY DESIGNER
Based on our discussion, we will suggest the most appropriate jewellery designer within our network, whose aesthetic and craft match your requirements. At this point we discuss your piece with the respective studio, talking through materials and budget, keeping the process transparent.
DESIGN AND CREATION
You will be presented with a sketch or digital concept of your design and we will talk through the elements on a video call ensuring your vision is being brought to life in a way you're happy with. We will take on board your feedback and refine the design if needed.
One the design is finalised we will provide a detailed quote covering materials and any other costs. The designer in India will show you a variety of stones and appropriate materials so that you are happy with the characteristics such as cut, colour and clarity. Once we receive your final approval for, our team will begin creating your piece of jewellery. Every custom piece is handcrafted in India by master craftsmen.
DELIVERY
Custom projects are one-of-a-kind creations made especially for you. Before the piece is delivered, we will arrange a final video call so that you can approve your jewellery before it is delivered.
Depending on the complexity of your custom design, our production timeline is approximately 4-8 weeks.
The consulting fee for each project starts at £500. After our free consultation, if you decide to move forward, we require a £500 non-refundable deposit to secure your project.
