Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note. 

SONA does not issue any refunds unless a piece is damaged or defective.

To be eligible to exchange your piece of jewellery, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings which are non exchangeable and non refundable. 

Any bespoke orders we create for you are non exchangeable and non refundable.
